ORGANISATION OF THE SCHOOL YEAR 2017/18

  1. The school year is divided in two semesters. The first semester starts on Monday 11th September 2017, Then the second semester begins on Monday 19th February 2018.
  2. Enrollment: June, July, August 2017 for the first semester; December 2017 January 2018 to the second semester.
  3. Division of students according to their levels will be based on a placement test or a placement interview (excluding total beginners, who will enroll directly into courses for beginners).
  4. Location: Sládkova 1314, Ostrov, 363 01 in the basement part of the house - follow the signs.
  5. During the school year there are no classes during the Christmas (24-31.12.) spring holidays and public holidays.
  6. At the end of the second semester, tests will be carried out to indicate progress so that students have the opportunity to compare their development in the language within the period.
  7. If the school cancels a lesson due to sickness of a lecturer, this class must be replaced.

PAYMENT TERMS

The course fee (tuition) must be paid as follows:

  • Course fee for the first semester must be paid before the end of the second week of September at the latest.
  • Tuition for the second semester must be paid before the end of the second week of January at the latest.
  • All those students taking advantage of discounts offered by the school in case of sufficiently early payment (these will be updated on this website as well as school FB profile), must pay the course strictly until the specified date.
  • Clients can decide whether they pay the course by individual semesters or a full academic year.
  • The course fee for the second semester do not pay the clients who unsubscribe in writing until the end of the second week of January.
  • Payment can be made cashless either to account no. 107-7595450247/0100 while it is necessary to include the first name and the surname of the student in the message for recipient, or in cash.
  • After payment of the tuition fee for the semester has been made it can not be refunded in any case except for the truly serious. These will be individually assessed after the school receives the information.
